Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard and expedited options available at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your J MARIE piece. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@jmarie.com with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy standards.
